Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the connection structure of the watch strap, more specifically, the connection structure applicable to the steel watch strap, the jewel and the bracelet.
PRIOR ART [0002] A watch is a most common time-measuring instrument worn on the person, and also a wrist ornament. In general, watch straps are made of steel. There are still concerns about the detachment of the link from the structure of the steel watch strap, which leads to problems such as loosening of the watch strap connection. These are the disadvantages of the previous part. Consequently, the present invention carries out a reform of the structure to solve the above-mentioned problems so that the steel watch strap is not easy to detach, and that it can withstand greater tensile force, and is more solid and more resistant. For example, a single pin of the ordinary structure of the steel watch strap can withstand a transverse tensile force of 10 kilos, while the straight pin of the structure of the steel watch strap of the present invention can withstand a force of transverse traction equal to or greater than 30 kilos.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention aims to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art, and to provide a beautiful simple and resistant structure for connecting the watch strap.
To achieve such an objective, the present invention relates to a technical solution below.
First, during the manufacture of the side link of the watch strap, the inner wall of the side link is perforated by the special punch so that the hole in the inner wall has a larger space relative to the diameter of the original hole, in order to receive the metallic filling materials after installation and pressure.
The first embodiment represents the connection by a pin. There is a perforated hole at each end of the pin. When both sides are pressurized, the punched hole will crush and deform easily. After installation, the perforated hole in the head of the pin is located in the widened space of the inner wall in the hole of the inner wall of the side link. There is still space between the side link and the center link. Then, the pin is tightened and positioned by the fixing device which is pressed from both sides of the side link until there is no space between the side link and the central link. At the same time, as the two sides of the side link are under pressure, the perforated hole at the head of the pin deforms and presses the metallic materials outwards, and the space widened in the hole of the internal wall of the link lateral is filled with said metallic materials, and the lateral link is fixed in this way. The second embodiment represents the connection by a short pin and a steel rod. The steel rod has a perforated hole at each end. The short pin has a large diameter head, and can contact the inner wall well after entering the side link. There are teeth in the middle of the short pin. Upon entry to the steel rod, the wall of the steel rod expands, swells, and bursts outward due to pressure, as a result of the "Expansion Screw". The side link and the central link are fixed in this way. After installation, the perforated hole at the head of the short pin is located in the widened space of the inner wall in the hole of the inner wall of the side link.
